Return Policy Summary

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Order Cancellations: We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after your order is placed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [your email]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return process.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, license keys, and documentation.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable content (sound packs, plugins, presets, and virtual instruments) are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Aether Labs will cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind Returns: If you're returning an item due to personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees. No hidden charges, no surprises.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare the Package — Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts, cables, accessories, and inserts included.
  3. Ship the Item — Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Return
