At Aether Labs, we want every order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping works.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available for select products — check the product page for details.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 8–18 business days

Some items ship from international warehouses, which may require additional transit time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Why does delivery take longer on some items?

We source select products directly from specialized manufacturers to bring you the best quality at the best price. These items may ship from overseas fulfillment centers, which means delivery can take a bit longer than domestic shipments. Rest assured, every order is tracked and handled with care.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your order, we work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international logistics partners. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and the fastest available route.

Shipping Fees

All U.S. orders ship free — no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If tracking appears to stop updating temporarily during international transit, don't worry — this is normal and updates will resume once the package reaches a domestic carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make it right.
